RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. RETURN WINDOW

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging where applicable.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature or condition. If an item is not eligible for return, this will be indicated on the product listing where applicable.

3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please contact us before sending an item back.

Include:

Your order number
The product you wish to return
The reason for the return
Photos of the item if requested

We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

4. RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

If we sent you an incorrect or defective item, please contact us so we can determine the appropriate solution.

5. REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

Please allow additional time for your payment provider to process the refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
